Better Your Skills

Try shooting the same subject in different lighting.
Copy styles you admire, then develop your own.
Review your photos and ask what worked and what didn’t.

Make sure your subject is sharp and clear.
Use background blur to isolate them.
Watch out for distracting backgrounds.

ISO: Controls brightness (higher = brighter but noisier).
Aperture (f/stop): Controls background blur (low f-number = blurry background).
Shutter speed: Controls motion (fast = freeze, slow = blur).

DON’T GO OVERBOARD
Exposure: Fix overall brightness first
Contrast: Add depth (but don’t crush shadows)
Highlights & shadows: Recover details in bright/dark areas
White balance: Fix color temperature (too blue/orange)
